Elizabeth Holmes’ Prison Term Cut by Nearly Two Years

Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos, has had her prison sentence reduced by almost two years, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records.

Holmes, convicted of fraud and conspiracy, was originally sentenced to 11 years and three months. Her new release date is set for December 29, 2032. Holmes, who claimed to have developed a revolutionary blood-testing technology, was found guilty of deceiving investors and falsifying information about her company’s capabilities.
